How do I find Prism User GUID(s)?

Given a OnePass user name, what's the easiest way to find the Prism User GUIDs (Cobalt, Dataroom, Orion, SLWB, etc) associated with that OnePass account?

On the OnePass admin site ([QA Admin)][1] you can search for the user and then select "Manage Products" on the left. Then click on the product for which you want to get the prism guid. Finally under the Actions column click on the Properties link. You may need to request elevated rights from the OnePass team to do this. [1]:

onepassadminqa.westlaw.com for QA and
onepassadmin.westlaw.com for production.

In addition, you won't be able to get all the prism guids you want. OnePass doesn't hold the dataroom ones, that is all done by the workproducttoken service.

These aren't particularly user friendly methods, but you can translate from one GUID to another (e.g. COBALT to DATAROOM, COBALT to WESTLAW) with either: 1) DataRoom.UserManagement.GetTranslatedUserGuids API: http://c111yjs:9001/APIExplorer/DataRoom/CI/UserManagement/DataRoom.UserManagement.GetTranslatedUserGuids 2) UserInfo service from ocpricing:
