How to Generate a resx file in WLN Website

The title says it all, I'm trying to create a resource file for a handful of Urls that will be going into a new service. I'm not very familiar with website, and probably less familiar with visual studio. Is there a GUI driven approach of creating these files?

There should be a file type called Resources File when you add a new file to your project.

If all that'll be in your RESX are Urls or other content that's not expected to require localization, perhaps this isn't a concern, but I'm not sure .RESX files are a preferred design anymore: [

Actually, while that is the way to create a resx, there is a new standard for defining endpoint strings -- and you should not use a resx. Please create a class that implements the IEndpointManager interface. The class would define all of the endpoints as string consts instead of putting them in a resx. This makes the endpoints programmatically discoverable. Please refer to, [Using the Endpoint Manager Interface](
