[Eikon Realtime] When will the "Realtime" status be changed to "Limited Service" from "OK" ?

Hi, When will the "Realtime" status of Eikon Desktop 4.0.2 be changed to "Limited Service" from "OK" ? I just found that the "Realtime" status (Eikon Toolbar -> Help -> About Thomson Reuters Eikon -> Status) has been changed from "OK" to "Limited Service", does anyone know the reason? ------------------- My Eikon Desktop 4.0.2 (4.0.27362) Status: Connection Mode: Private Network Heartbeat: OK Realtime: Limited Service Data Center: Primary - apac1 Deployment Mode: Customer Managed Many thanks in advance.
