Why the usage of my app does not exist in the Eikon "AppHits" app?

Where can I find the number of startups of my app? I have published my app to the production environment a few days. But I can't find the usage of my app in the Eikon "AppHits" app...     Please make sure you checked the "Unconfigured" checkbox at the top to see all the apps. A newly created app won't show up by default, those with a prefix (U), you have to edit and save once to make it be configured.
