How to add the top menu bar (like the Home App) easily to a new HTML5 App?

Hello, I want to add the top menu bar like the following screenshot shown to my HTML5 App. It needs too much effort if I implement a new one with the same style as the Home App... ![alt text][1] Is there an exist toolbar plugin in our internal website? Many thanks in advance. Bo [1]:

Hello , What you can do is simple add /web/ to the url , so for example :
https://amers1.views.cp.icp2.mpp.reutest.com/Apps/BriefcaseJ/ Make it
https://amers1.views.cp.icp2.mpp.reutest.com/web/Apps/BriefcaseJ/ Hope this is helpful.

Thanks Bernard. I just updated my question. I meant the "menu bar" like the attached screenshot shown. But your answer is very helpful for me. I might add both toolbar and menu bar in my App.
