Running unit / integration tests in Visual Studio 2013 have encountered slowness around the test discovery process.

I found the following entry on stackoverflow. It talks about solving the problem by disabling NetBios over TCP w/in your network adapter settings. I tried this and it made a big improvement in my test discovery times. [stackoverflow][1] [1]:

Hey Kevin, when you say "it made a big improvement", are we talking a few seconds or a few minutes? Test discovery takes about three minutes on my machine, I'm wondering if the test discovery phase on your machine is in the same ballpark?
