JET log message no longer working?

Our app called JET API to log warning/messages and it worked properly before. However, we couldn't found any of our logs in Eikon's Log Viewer recently. I have tried the API in JET Sample page and the messages could not be seen too. May I know if there is anything changed on Eikon that logs can longer be supported?

    It works again after a weekend. So weird, it didn't work on multiple Eikon, not even for JET's sample page last Friday... Thanks!
