How do I find out which feature access controls are turned ON or OFF for a WestlawNext environemnt (CI/DEMO/QED)?

    Feature access controls are on an account by account basis, not necessarily across an entire environment. To see if a particular user has an FAC on or off, you can look up one of their sessions in SessionInfo (
    http://cobalttools.prod.westlan.com/SessionInfo/) and see the entire list of FACs.

    Thank you, James. Aren't feature controls turned on by user groups also? Is there a way to know which groups have certain access controls on? For instance, USER_INTERNAL - can I know which controls this group has access to?
