Some type or namespace could not be found in HelloEikon sample

I create HelloEikon sample according to the steps in
http://eikondeveloper.thomsonreuters.com/desktop-sdk/build-your-first-app/ After install Desktop SDK, only 'Eikon Desktop App' in Visual C# template. In the HelloEikon, some reference could not found, like 'System.Windows.Interactivity'. The version of my Eikon is 4.0.28818, version of visual studio is 12 Would you help me to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance.

You need to install Microsoft Expression Blend SDK NuGet package. See for example
