Can't debug or run .NET Open Eikon applications after an uncaught exception

An uncaught exception that occurs while debugging a .NET Open Eikon application makes further debugging or executing impossible (requires a full Eikon restart).

So, if an Open Eikon Development container was saved as a part of a Workspace automatically, it will cause errors every time you start Eikon until you remove it from the Workspace and restart.
