TS1 Functionality Elektron Connect

We are on Elektron Connect, i have the ILA #'s. We were switched from the Hosted Feed to Elektron Connect recently and have lost the ability to utilize TS1 functionality.

Please help in understanding what we are doing wrong given we are on a new product relatively.

    The service name may be changed after switching to Elektron Connect. Please make sure that the application uses the service that can provide TS1 data.

    If one subscribes to a TS1 instrument the status message should report which missing entitlement package you require. Example: dMSFT.Od for daily Microsoft consolidated pricing.
