E100: Access Denies / Python returning NA

Hello,


I am trying to connect to DSWS via Excel and the Python Api. According to the sales representative everything is set up properly, and I should have access. Unfortunately it is not working, see below images.

Additional information: Access to the EIKON API works without problems.

  • The issue was identified as a problem at Refinitiv backend, which is now resolved.
