Error code 2504. UDF Core request failed. Gateway Time-out

Hi everyone

I ran the same script every day for the past couple of months and now getting:

During handling of the above exception, another exception occurred:

.....

EikonError: Error code 2504 | UDF Core request failed. Gateway Time-out

as i have always worked with the same number of data points i don't think it is Eikon API limit related issue. Are there any Eikon related backend issues today?

could you please help provide the code that's used to fetch the data so we could do a further investigation?
