Refinitiv Real-Time - Optimized product - Unexpected/New Error Codes

Western Union uses the Refinitiv Real-Time - Optimized product to provide market forex rates when we are unable to retrieve rates from our liquidity providers/banks. Refintiv is integrated with our rate aggregation partner, Integral. Integral has reported the following issues with connectivity to Refinitiv. Western Union users have experienced intermittent lags and/or failures as a result. Adapter.RateTransmission.Error 11/12/2021 - 19:06:23769 11/16/2021 - 15:18:24759 11/30/2021 - 16:58:47492 12/03/2021 - 15:02:53602 12/04/2021 - 6 incidents 12/08/2021 - 15:06:07556 Error messages leading to restart: com.integral.adaptor.RTRELEKTRON.comm.ETRON.ETRONSessionManager$SubscriptionEventHandler Incoming Rates for RIC OMR= is stopped with error status as Open / Suspect / None / '**F10: Service Down' I need to schedule a call with Refinitiv Engineering, Integral Engineering and WUBS Engineering to identify the issue and implement a permanent fix.

    I recommend you contact your Refinitiv Account Manager or raise a ticket at My.Refinitiv for the Refinitiv Real-Time - Optimized product.

    Either of the above routes should allow you to arrange a meeting with the RTO engineering team.
