Eikon Global Equities permissioned errors.

Stefan would like to get daily prices from Refinitiv symbols xxxxxxx but is getting not permissioned errors. Please see attached email from client. Does he need additional entitlements?

I typically have some Refinitiv symbols XXXXXXX (I get from certificates ISIN) I would like to get daily prices from but keep having messages like this
