Password for CDO Developer Image?

I just installed the "Windows 7 for XP host" image on my windows XP machine and hope to do some CDO debugging on it. I was immediately prompted for a password (user: developer). What is the default password? If you think it is more appropriate to give me the password over the phone or in person, please let me know - ext. 85882.

The NSA wiki page with the steps to setup VPC lists the password as West123 [
