After 'Click here to develop an app in Eikon', problem with SAFE authentication then 'Error establis

Hi. From the homepage
http://developers.int.thomsonreuters.com/ I click 'Click here to develop an app in Eikon'. This should take me to
openeikon.azurewebsites.net but there appears to be a SAFE authentication redirect to
https://safe.thomson.com/login/sso/SSOService?app=EikonDev_Prod. After a lot of 'Waiting for...' and 'Establishing secure connection...' it eventually gives up and says 'Error establishing a database connection'. Any ideas, please?

    Can't replicate this morning. Thanks to anyone who had a hand in fixing it. Perhaps it was the reboot.
