Eikon Trial Permissions for Eikon Data API

We have a client currently on Eikon trial, he was able to retrieve time series when using get_timeseries() for FB.O, but some for other RICs he is getting permission errors:

RIC = 'USD3MFSR='
df = ek.get_timeseries(RIC,fields='CLOSE',start_date='2009-01-01',end_date='2019-05-31')
Error with USD3MFSR=: The user does not have permission for the requested data
USD3MFSR=:

The same for .N225 CMCU0 and MCU0

Questions:

  1. How do we know what permissions were given to the user during trial?
  2. Is it safe to say "only non fee liable data is available during trial"? or any recommended response

    I also assume that it is safe to say that only non fee liable is available to trial user.
