Connection issue with Refinitiv Pilot

Hi, we are having issues in connecting and getting a response back from Refinitiv API. Can you please check if there is an issue and if yes, when it would be resolved.

We need to run some urgent tests today and would appreciate a quick response. Thanks

    Looks like the connection itself couldn't be established in the first place and I still can't for sure figure out the error code from your logs.

    1. Is the issue still occurring?

    2. Is this behaviour confined to just get profile API?

    3. Is this happening in your prod instance or pilot instance?

    Can you expand a bit more on the nature of the issue? Provide us the request and response headers and also the error code so that we can investigate this further.
